Briana Savoy, known to children and staff as\u00a0Ms. Bre<\/i>, serves as the Assistant Director at Lean On Us Unity Childcare Center. With a strong background in early childhood education and leadership, she is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.<\/div>\n
Ms. Bre works closely with staff and leadership to support children\u2019s growth and development while ensuring the center runs smoothly day to day. She values collaboration, open communication, and hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and joy. Her attentiveness, creativity, and commitment to excellence help shape the warm, community-focused atmosphere that LOUUCC is known for.<\/div>\n

Tammi Gardner is a silly soul who loves to sing, perform, and bring characters to life through puppetry. With over 22 years in children\u2019s theatre, she began her journey as a creative teaching artist and eventually found her calling in early childhood education.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Since joining Lean On Us Unity Childcare Center in 2020 as an aide, Tammi has grown into roles as a Pre-K teacher and now Director. She keeps laughter, music, and creativity at the heart of everything she does, ensuring that joy and imagination are infused into each child\u2019s learning experience.<\/div>\n

Chardea believes in supporting children as they grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Her goal is to help students develop self-regulation, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning, all while preparing them for future success.<\/div>\n

Maria\u2019s patience, care, and enthusiasm for early learning allow her to guide children through critical stages of development while encouraging curiosity and independence in every child she teaches.<\/div>\n

She holds CDA credentials in both infants\/toddlers and preschoolers, reflecting her deep commitment to early childhood education.<\/div>\n
Teaching has been a lifelong dream for Mrs. Carter, and she embraces both the joys and challenges that come with guiding young learners. She is passionate about encouraging, supporting, and inspiring children as they strengthen all areas of their development. Mrs. Carter values the trust parents place in her and looks forward to partnering with them in their child\u2019s educational journey.<\/div>\n

Since joining the organization in 2021 as a Teacher’s Aide, she has expanded her role to also support Lean On Us Unity\u2019s broader entities, including House of Faith and Enterprise.<\/div>\n
With a strong background in business administration and marketing, Kamryn brings organizational excellence, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to her work. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and efficiency, allowing the team to focus on what matters most\u2014nurturing and empowering young learners. Her dedication to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to service help maintain the warm, community-focused environment that Lean On Us Unity is proud to provide.<\/div>\n
