About the Company

UniGuard was founded by Mr. Geoffrey Narh-Korli and co-founded by Mr. Ike Grigsby. Mr. Narh-Korli has more than 20 years of state, commercial and private services contracting experience. Mr. Grigsby has more than 25 years of industrial, federal and military experience. Mr. Narh-Korli and Mr. Grigsby have worked together as a team in the security arena for more than five years, building a competitive security firm. Mr. Narh-Korli and Mr. Grigsby have both excelled in highly demanding and stressful environments, throughout their careers.

It is evident that, under their direct leadership and oversight, UniGuard Security will receive the level of experience and competency that will ensure proper management and guidance for survival and prosperity into the 21st century and beyond.

QUALITY CONTROL OVERVIEW

UniGuard, LLC assists our clients in the development, management and review of a compre-hensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual or Post Order (PO). These are used as the foundation for On-the-Job Training Programs, as well as a testing tool for the Uniguard Security Quality Assurance Program.

Daily Management

The UniGuard Security Manager and shift supervisors are available to answer questions, respond to emergencies, give directions, etc. Equipment shortages and/or manpower needs are reported by this person up the chain of command, to ensure a timely response and total client satisfaction.
Management Oversight

UniGuard’s VP of Operations meets with the client on a weekly basis, or as agreed upon. Through his continued interface with the client, no problem should go unsolved for longer than 24 hours.

Site Inspections

Unannounced site visits by the UniGuard Security Quality Assurance Team are made periodically, as agreed upon by Uniguard’s VP of Operations and our clients. A written report detailing the result of each inspection is submitted if, during the inspection, a deficiency and/or other problem is discovered. This ensures to our clients that, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, someone is providing oversight and management to their facility and property.
